Da’rrell Suha started Frondr with a bold conviction: the future of healthcare and education depends on how we hire, lead, and support people — from day one.

After more than a decade leading People & Talent at fast-growing startups, Da’rrell saw a pattern: brilliant founders building game-changing products, but struggling to build teams that could scale with clarity, care, and intention. Talent was treated like a transaction. HR was reactive. And people were burning out before the mission could take root.


So he built Frondr, a modern recruiting and people operations studio for organizations who care about how things grow. Backed by deep operational expertise, human-centered systems, and a strong sense of design, Da’rrell and his team help startups move fast without breaking people.
